Is the rosewood table or bookcase faded and dried up, then fresh it up with Sterling Rosewood Oil. The Rosewood Oil cleans and gives oiled, untreated or matt lacquered rosewood a natural shine. The wood will not only be cleaned, the oil nourish it and gives it a fresh colour. 

Sterling Rosewood Oil is for untreated, matt lacquered and previously oiled furniture of rosewood. It is not intended for lacquered wood. If the furniture is lacquered, we recommend one of our other products.

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Apply the oil on a lint-free cloth in the direction of the wood grain in a thin layer.

2. Let it dry for about 15-20 minutes and wipe the excess oil with a clean, dry cloth.

If the furniture has been oiled many times, it may be necessary to clean the wood completely. Apply some mineral turpentine onto a cloth and rub along the grain of the wood. Let the furniture dry before oil treatment is started.

Stains and similar damages are removed by soaking a No. 000 steel wool with the oil and sanding along the length of the wood until the stains are gone. Excess oil is wiped off and the wood is brushes thoroughly with a stiff brush until the pores are free from the oily dust. Follow the instructions above the following day. 

Note! Always try the product on a non-visible area to test the result. The cloth should be discarded after use.
