STEPCO Holding ApS, owned by Marianne Mehder Rasmussen and Hans Glavind Rasmussen, has sold the
subsidiary company Sterling Polish Company A/S to the family-owned Norwegian company Krefting AS.
Thus, the future is secured for the STERLING brand and their quality products. Hans Glavind Rasmussen will continue for 6 months to secure a smooth transfer of the company. Hans will continue as a board member. STERLING will continue its activities from the property in Gentofte.
Krefting has been a supplier and manufacturer of clean brands since 1964. Krefting offers products that
helps customers to clean, renew and protect their possessions. Krefting’s goal is to be able to offer brands to consumers through good and long-term collaborations with wholesalers and stores. Krefting AS is best
known for the Plumbo brand, Norway’s no. 1 drain opener, since 1909.
Krefting’s vision is to become one of the leading house of brands within technical chemicals in Scandinavia. Together with Krefting AS, STERLING will continue to expand and strengthen the activities in Scandinavia and in the rest of Europe. In addition to defending and expanding STERLING’s product range, which is undergoing a modernization process, we will aim to supply new products towards new customer segments in the near future.
