Limescale in kettles and coffee makers can damage your appliances and affect the taste of water. Removing limescale deposits now and then will not only ensure that the appliances will last longer, it will also ensure that the morning coffee will taste a little bit better.
Sterling Descaling Tablets removes limescale build-up on coffee makers, kettles and other household appliances, where heated water leaves limescale deposits. Furthermore, Sterling Descaling Tablets protects the kitchen appliances so they will last longer.
Instructions:
Descaling kettles: Pour water into the kettle to cover the limescale. Do not add more water than necessary. Use 1 tablet per 500 ml of water. If there is a lot of limescale build-up, use 2 tablet per 500 ml of water. When the solution is dissolved, turn on the kettle and just before the water reaches the boiling point, turn off the kettle to stop it from boiling over. Let the solution work for approx. 10-15 minutes before pouring it out. Then, boil water and discard for 3 or 4 times before using it.
Descaling coffee makers: Pour 500 ml of water into the water tank and put a Sterling Descaling Tablet into the water. If there is a lot limescale build-up, use 2 tablet per 500 ml of water. When the solution is dissolved, turn on the coffee maker and let the solution run through the machine. Pour it out and rinse with water a couple of times.
